परीक्षार्थियो को बार बार परीक्षा के बोझ से बचाने के लिए केन्द्र सरकार की पहल पर अब कर्मचारी चयन आयोग SSC पहली बार Common Eligibility Test (CET) करायगा। SSC की ओर से (CET) Graduation Level कराने की तैयारी शुरु हो गई है। फरवरी 2023 मे इसकी Exam होगे। (CET) पास करने वाले Student (SSC, Bank, Railway) की ओर से होने वाली परीक्षाओ मे सीधे दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा मे शामिल होगे।

1. आयोग के अनुसार (CET) की वैधता दो वर्ष की होगी।
2. इसके अंक परीक्षार्थियो को दुसरे चरण की परीक्षा मे शामिल होने की Merit तय करेगे।
3. 10वीं, 12वीं और ग्रेजुएशन पास वाले अभ्यर्थियो के लिए अलग अलग (CET) का आयोजन होगा।

फिलहाल प्रयोग के तौर पर पहली बार स्नातक स्तर पर पहली बार CET February 2023 मे कराया जाएगा। बताया (CET) पास करने के बाद Candidates को Railway, SSC, Bank की ओर से होने वाली दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा मे प्रवेश मिल जाएगा। संबधित विभाग दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा के लिए अपना विज्ञापन जारी करेगा।

SSC के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक ने बताया कि (CET) कराने का उद्देशय बार बार होने वाली परीक्षाओ मे भीड कम करना है। विभिन्न सरकारी विभागो मे पदो को भरने के लिए अलग अलग एजेंसी परीक्षा कराती है। इसके धन और समय दोनो खर्च होता है। हर परीक्षा मे 35-40 लाख परीक्षार्थी शामिल होते है। एक परीक्षा होने से समय और धन दोनो की बचत होगी। उन्होनो बताया कि भविष्य मे राज्य सरकार भी परीक्षार्थीओ की स्क्रीनिंग करने के लिए CET Merit का उपयोग कर सकती है। परीक्षा का पाठ्क्रम और पैटर्न SSC की ओर से होने वाली CGL, CHSL और MTS की पहले चरण की परीक्षा जैसा ही होगा।

सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा तीन स्तरों पर हो सकती है – सेकेंड्री (10वीं), सीनियर सेकेंड्री (12वीं) और स्नातक। उम्मीदवार अपनी योग्यता के अनुसार इन परीक्षाओं में सम्मिलित हो पाएंगे। सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा से उम्मीदवारों को अलग-अलग भर्ती परीक्षाएं न देनी पड़ेंगी। इससे विभिन्न भर्ती परीक्षाओं की तिथियों में क्लैश भी नहीं होगा। साथ ही, उम्मीदवारों को अलग-अलग फॉर्म भरने में बार-बार शुल्क देने की बजाए एक ही परीक्षा के लिए शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।

सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा (सीईटी) के आयोजन और क्रियान्वयन के लिए नेशनल रिक्रूटमेंट एजेंसी (एनआरए) के गठन का प्रस्ताव 2023 के बजट भाषण के दौरान वित्त मंत्री द्वारा किया गया था। संयुक्त योग्यता परीक्षा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड और इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ बैंकिंग पर्सोनेल सेलेक्शन के पहले स्तर की परीक्षाओं को प्रतिस्थापित करेगी।
